Art-Secure Packaging
At MaryssaAnneShop, we take great care in ensuring that your watercolor art prints arrive in perfect condition. Each print is carefully checked by hand, given a protective cover, and placed in art-secure packaging to prevent any damage during transit.

FREE SHIPPING for US Orders
We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders within the United States. Please note that our online store currently does not offer shipping outside of the US. However, if you’re interested in international shipping, please email us at [email protected], and we will be happy to discuss custom shipping options with you.

No Additional Shipping Costs
The shipping costs you see at checkout already include all necessary customs duties, handling fees, and import sales taxes for orders within the US. For orders outside the US, additional costs may apply, which will be communicated to you when arranging custom shipping.

Order Cancellation and Changes

How Can I Cancel My Order?
If you need to cancel your order, you can do so within 2 hours of placing it. Please email us at [email protected] to request a cancellation. Once the 2-hour cancellation window has passed, your order will enter the production process and can no longer be canceled.

Changing Your Order
If you need to cancel your order, you can do so within 2 hours of placing it. However, due to our efficient, automated print production process, changes to your order after the 2-hour window are not possible. However, if you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We can update the address as long as your order has not yet been shipped, but please note that the new address must be within the same country.

Returns

No Returns Policy
At MaryssaAnneShop, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your artwork print is damaged in transit. If your print arrives damaged, please email us at [email protected] with images of the damage to raise a return ticket. We will assess the situation and provide you with further instructions.
